At zCast.tv, we want you to shop with confidence. We ship the Product within 48 Hours of Purchase and Delivery will take 5 to 7 working Days. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 7 days from the delivery date, subject to the following terms and conditions. The return process can be initiated online, via phone, or through our Live Chat support.

If your original purchase included complimentary items, please remember to return all associated items to receive a full refund. The retail value of any free items you choose to keep, along with any shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund. It’s important to note that while we can refund your original purchase price, shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Eligibility Criteria:

Please carefully review the eligibility conditions below. Failure to meet these conditions may result in zCast.tv refusing the return or applying a minimum 15% restocking fee.
1. All returned items must be in new condition, housed in their original, unaltered box (including an intact UPC code), and include all packaging materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items, and accessories.
2. The retail value of any free items you choose to retain will be deducted from your total refund.
3. zCast.tv can only issue a refund for the original purchase price; shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Defective or Damaged Items:

For defective items, we offer three options: repair, exchange, or a refund for the same model or an equivalent model from the manufacturer. Verified defective or damaged items will have return shipping fees reimbursed.

Exchanges:

Exchanges typically take 3-5 business days to process.

Refunds & Credits:

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to reflect in your account. In most cases, we will refund your payment using the same method as your original purchase. If the payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the purchase date. It’s essential to note that we can only refund the original purchase price, and shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Limited Liability:

zCast.tv is not responsible for any personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Additionally, zCast.tv is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the sale or use of merchandise purchased from us. Our responsibility is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise itself. Claims for missing items or items damaged during transit must be reported within two business days of receiving the merchandise.
